NEA's Read Across America
 NEA's Read Across America welcomes you back to the new school year with a new literacy calendar featuring award-winning books, booklists, posters, and teachers' guides for all ages, including teen readers. Supplies are limited, so place your order now.
 NEA has partnered with kidthing, inc to bring you free downloads of selected Read Across America books. The Storyteller's Candle, written by by Lucia Gonzalez and illustrated by Lulu Delacre, is available through September 30. Additional titles will be available throughout the school year. kidthing is a free, downloadable media player that allows children and classrooms to experience digital books, games, and videos, with no ads or subscriptions.
